Referring Dentists

There are many times during your busy schedule that you are unable to work in an existing or emergency patient. You may have to take time off for continuing education, illness, vacation, or may be closed. Sometimes it is just difficult to be there all the time for your patients. Often doctors worry about fulfilling the emergency needs of their patients and the risk of losing them to competitors.

During late afternoon, and weekend hours, we are available and can assist you with the emergency needs of your patients. Your patients no longer have to suffer with pain or discomfort when you are not available. They no longer have to sit in hospital emergency rooms waiting for a prescription. We can see them and immediately offer relief of pain and limited emergency treatment. While you are away, we cover for you. Patients that you refer are sent back to you for continuing care.

When you are closed or on vacation, you may want to take advantage of our after hour referral service by listing us as an emergency contact. When patients are referred to us via your phone service, we will send them back to you for continuing care.

If you would like to refer a patient, please complete the referral form and fax it to us at (561) 440-4609. Your patient can call us directly for an appointment.

We would like to thank you for entrusting us with your patients' emergency dental care. We will provide the best care possible to eliminate and reduce pain and discomfort for your patient. We will encourage your patient to return to you for continued care.

After providing emergency treatment for your patient, we will send a follow-up letter to you regarding the need for continuing care. Your team will be able to contact your patient for treatment.
