Fees

Many patients without insurance often ask about the cost of emergency procedures prior to being seen by the dentist. We understand that cost of care is usually a concern for most patients. We do our best to inform our patients prior to treatment. A dental emergency does not have to be painful for you or your wallet. We can treat your dental emergency quickly and for an affordable fee. Below you will find a description of some of our most commonly performed emergency services and fees. See our Special Offers for selected services. Appointments are required to reduce your wait time. Same day appointments are available. Contact us at (561) 440-4633.

  • Problem Focused Exam and Palliative Care $128

This service includes any x-rays (if needed), prescriptions (if needed) and a minor procedure to alleviate dental pain. Some examples of a minor procedure may include: smoothing a fractured tooth, adjusting the bite on a filling, applying a desensitizing medicament to a tooth, or providing a long-lasting anesthetic for temporary relief.

  • Re-cementation of Crown $171

This service includes a problem focused exam, any x-rays (if needed), and the re-cementation of a single crown. Please note that some crowns cannot be re-cemented permanently due to the condition of the tooth under the crown.

  • Tooth Extraction $259

This fee includes a problem focused exam, any x-rays, and the extraction of a non-impacted tooth. The majority of dental extractions performed at Dental Urgent Care fall into this category. Additional non-impacted tooth extractions performed on the same day are $161 each.

  • Wisdom Tooth Extraction $298

This fee includes the problem focused exam, any x-rays, and the extraction of an impacted tooth. Please note that not all impacted extractions can be performed at Dental Urgent Care and they may be referred to a specialist. Additional impacted tooth extractions performed on the same day are $221each.

  • Urgent Filling (broken front tooth) $299

Need an emergency filling to fix a broken front tooth? This fee includes the problem focused exam, any x-rays (if needed), and the placement of a tooth-colored filling. Please note that the filling must be deemed urgent by the attending dentist and the patient is responsible for getting a crown placed over the tooth if indicated.

  • Pulpal Debridement $289

A pulpal debridement may be described as the first stage of a root canal to get you out of pain, but keep the tooth in your mouth. Patients may choose to do a pulpal debridement when they cannot see their dentist (after hours) or they are here from out of town. The fee includes the problem focused exam, any x-rays, and the pulpal debridement. Please note that the patient is responsible for having the complete root canal completed within 30 days for the full fee either at Dental Urgent Care or the dentist of their choice.

  • Root Canal (select cases only) $499-$799

A root canal is a great way to save a tooth and should be pain-free. The fee includes the problem focused exam, any x-rays, and the completion of a root canal. Please note the fee does not include the permanent filling (always needed) and the crown (always needed) after completion of a root canal. Dr. Arrington will discuss these additional procedures and their respective fees with you.

  • Interim Partial Denture (Flipper) $589

A flipper is something quick and easy to replace a missing front tooth. It's meant to be a temporary appliance to replace a front tooth and can often be completed within 24 hours. The fee includes a problem focused exam, any x-rays (if needed) and the fabrication of an interim partial denture to replace 3 or less teeth.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is due on the date of service and prior to treatment.
